PERMITTED USES
This release covers all uses of the Content, including but not limited to:
• Social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat
• Official websites, blogs, landing pages, and online portals operated by or on behalf of the Organization
• Email newsletters, digital marketing campaigns, and online advertisements
• Promotional materials, press releases, and media kits distributed digitally or in print
• Television, streaming platforms, and broadcast media
• Internal presentations, training materials, and corporate communications
• News and editorial coverage, including third-party media outlets authorized by the Organization
• Archival, educational, and historical documentation purposes

EDITING & MODIFICATION
I understand and agree that the Organization may crop, edit, alter, adapt, add to, subtract from, retouch, and otherwise modify the Content in any manner it deems appropriate, without further approval from me. The Organization is not obligated to use the Content.

COMPENSATION
I agree that I will receive no financial compensation, royalties, or other remuneration for the use of the Content. I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary, and any benefits received are non-monetary in nature.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organization and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Content as authorized by this release, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or copyright infringement.

REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES
I represent and warrant that: (1) I am at least 18 years of age, or if a minor, that my parent or legal guardian has signed below; (2) I have full authority to grant the rights described in this form; (3) my participation and the use of the Content as described herein does not violate any agreement I have with any third party; and (4) I have read and fully understand this release.

GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [PA], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in [Northampton, PA].
